The Wine Traveller was a seasonal project created to share the character of Slovak wine with people in Copenhagen. Its original tastings offered a way to meet Tokaj through its wines, stories and food pairings.
Frantiska, the project’s wine guide, had worked at Tokaj Macik Winery before moving to Denmark. That firsthand experience gave the gatherings a personal connection to the place behind the glass.
These pages carry that curiosity forward. They are an editorial home for the journey, with room to explore the landscape, the people and the pleasure of tasting with an open mind.
